Raisin Bran Muffins
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat bran
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. applesauce
1 egg
1/4-1/2 c. raisins
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another.  Combine both mixtures and add raisins.  Drop into greased muffin tin and bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees.  Makes about 12.
